“Maui Thai Bistro is a breath of fresh air after eating as much Ahi Poke as I can when I visit Hawaii. Authentic Thai flavors and not greasy at all. They do not use MSG so flavors are discernible and all ingredients are quite fresh. Their Bar is another plus. Drinks are beautifully presented and quite tasty. Prices were relatively inexpensive compared to other restaurants in the area, but food really stood out. I will go there again on my next visit to Maui.”

“Without a doubt this is the most superb Thai food we ever had. Everything we tried, (we went back three times including for lunch specials,) was tasty with many levels of flavors. You can select your preferred degree of spiciness. Even the more spicy dishes had heat without compromising flavor. There were meat, chicken, fish and vegetable entrees with innovative sauces and all were beautifully presented. We live in NYC where there are many Thai restaurants and this is superior to all we have tried. A Don’t Miss restaurant.”

You can’t ask for better food, fairer prices, or friendlier staff. If you are trying to get in during high season, you would be well advised to get reservations, or the loyal locals will beat you to the tables!”
